Billing questions.
Who bills me?
Apple. Premium is an App Store subscription, so it shows up with your other subscriptions in Settings, and you cancel or change plans there. We never see your card.
How does the free trial work?
Every family gets 14 days of the Family plan the first time a parent signs in, with no card up front. When it ends, pick a plan or keep using everything on the kid's phone for free.
What counts as a phone?
Each kid's iPhone linked to your account. Parents' phones are not counted, however many of you there are.
What happens if I cancel?
Your phone goes read-only at the end of the paid period. The kid's phone keeps enforcing the last schedule exactly as it was, and parent mode on the phone itself keeps working.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in Curfew went wrong, tell us too and we will help.
Is there a discount for a second kid?
The Family plan covers up to ten phones for $4.99 a month, so the second kid and every kid after is included.
